UF Wellness Week (March 8-13)
As we reach the one-year mark for the COVID-19 pandemic, it may be helpful to allow yourself some time to reflect on—and perhaps to grieve over—events of the past 12 months. And yet, it is also important to recognize that we have made important progress and there is now good reason for hope.
n this time of springtime renewal, groups across campus have collaborated to develop a week of events to assist members of the UF Community in reflecting, recharging, and getting ready for the months ahead. Events are scheduled throughout the day, either virtually or outdoors. With the variety of wellness-related topics being offered, everyone should find something that appeals to them. Please review the schedule at the link below and select at least one event to attend—or better yet, encourage a colleague to join you!
