Flyer for an Art & Mindfulness Session at the Harn Museum on Saturday, January 31, 2026 from 10 to 11 AM. RSVP is not required; attendees can simply show up. This free event features guided meditations inspired by artworks in the Harn collections, followed by an art spotlight tour. The session encourages participants to slow down, experience stillness, and recharge. Open to everyone with no prior experience needed.
