About COM Wellness
The University of Florida College of Medicine (UFCOM) Wellness Programs support the well-being of our trainees and faculty in order to promote optimal performance and professional fulfillment. We provide consultation and guidance to department chairs, division chiefs, program directors, and other leaders regarding ways to improve the culture of wellness within their units. We also work with multiple offices throughout the University of Florida to disseminate information regarding wellness resources and programs available to members of the UFCOM community.
On this site, you will find information about wellness initiatives for students, house staff, and faculty. A calendar of upcoming events sponsored by UF-UF Health Wellness is listed for your convenience, and the “Resources” tab includes a listing of programs and services available to assist you in working toward your personal wellness goals.
We encourage you to click on the “Wellness Rx” tab to complete a personalized wellness prescription and take the first step on your journey toward increased well-being and professional satisfaction.
